A software developer once told us “You’ve got everything you’re looking for in the internet. You just have to know where to look.” I forgot the event, be it a seminar or a project defense. Basically, he was the speaker and everything he said just popped out of my other ear as soon as I heard them, expect those words. Don’t get me wrong, I do listen. Just that I’m so forgetful that I’m surprised I can still remember those words correctly. LOL. I think because what he said is true and I kinda experienced it. Just that it’s so hard to look for things, whether you’re searching in the internet or in the library. Haha.

I’ve been searching for jobs online and I don’t want to apply just then and there. I still have to make sure that the company is legit and all that jazz. There are times I’ve considered being an Analyst, or marketer. Local search marketing is also one of the trends here, but I’m more interested in coding more than anything else.

I really don’t want to end up having a work like when I was still a trainee a year ago. It was horrible!

Love Me When I’m Gone

No, I’m not being emo or something and I’m not being defensive. I just remembered an experience where I literally drank hard liquor because for one, I haven’t experienced it, and I was bored, and things aren’t going the way I wanted them to. LOL. They always said that it’s good to be drunk because you’d feel like you have no problems. Well, I felt the opposite. I was problematic on how to cure my freaking headache and I didn’t feel light headed at all. I guess I was just dizzy, not drunk because while everything in my world is spinning, I was still aware of my surroundings and the things I said while talking on the phone.

I drank The Bar, a local liquor here, and as the information I got, it doesn’t make you drunk which is weird because it has vodka in it. I’m glad I’m not into those stuffs because it will destroy your life if get addicted to them. I know some who have been brought to alcohol rehab centers and some underwent those drug rehabilitation programs because of that reason.

I really appreciate those who implemented addiction treatment not only to help those who are enslaved by drug and alcohol but to protect other people from these addicts. I don’t mean to sound but it’s really hard to deal with these especially if you lost a family member because someone was so careless and got enslaved by addiction.

It’s definitely okay to drink once in while or maybe occasionally, but to get addicted to it, it’s definitely not.
